If you contact me by email from this website, the only information I request is your name and email address. This information is simply held for the purpose of a communication exchange. I will delete all this information promptly if you do not wish to make an appointment. I will not send marketing information or share your details with a third party organisation. If you do make an appointment with me, I will ask you for your mobile contact number, for ease of communication.
During your first appointment with me, I will explain why and how I retain your personal data and will ask you to give opt-in consent. This is fully compliant with the General Data Protection Regulations that came into force on 25 May 2018.
